Net Output definition

Net Output means all energy and capacity produced by the Facility, less station use and less transformation and transmission losses and other adjustments (e.g., Seller's load other than station use), if any. For purposes of calculating payment under this Agreement, Net Output of energy shall be the amount of energy flowing through the Point of Delivery.
Net Output means all energy expressed in kWhs produced by the Facility, less station and other onsite use and less transformation and transmission losses. Net Output does not include any environmental attributes.

Examples of Net Output in a sentence

  • In the event Seller increases the Nameplate Capacity Rating of the Facility to no more than 10,000 kW pursuant to this section, PGE shall pay the Contract Price for the additional delivered Net Output.

  • PGE shall have no obligation to purchase Net Output from the Facility to the extent the interconnection of the Facility to PGE’s electric system is disconnected, suspended or interrupted, in whole or in part, pursuant to the Generation Interconnection Agreement, or to the extent generation curtailment is required as a result of Seller's noncompliance with the Generation Interconnection Agreement.
