Capacity Service definition

Capacity Service means any service offered by the Operator on the DBNGP by which access to Gas Transmission Capacity is provided. Capacity Start Date means 08:00 hours on the date specified in clause 4.1 of this Contract as the date at which the Shipper's access to the particular Contracted Capacity is to start or has started.
Capacity Service means any capacity service offered by Operator on the DBNGP excluding Service for Spot Capacity;
Capacity Service means the service of providing the capacity pursuant to the Capacity Purchase Agreements that are in effect from time to time.

Capacity Service means a firm service for the transportation of the Buyer’s gas from the Receipt Point to the Delivery Point using gas transportation capacity contracted to the Seller under a Gas Transportation Agreement, commonly referred to as a bare transfer or shipper to shipper capacity trade.
Capacity Service means the supply of sufficient Capacity to meet the Shopping Load at the Delivery Point(s) pursuant to Ohio Power’s FRR commitments through May 31, 2015.
