New Houston Facility definition

New Houston Facility means that certain warehouse and office facility located at 0000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx under construction as of the date hereof for approximately 250,000 square feet of warehouse and office space located on approximately 26 acres.
