Network Web Portal definition

Network Web Portal means any of the secure Internet web portals established and maintained by the Network Operator which will allow (i) Subscriber through its Subscriber Accounts to access ChargePoint Services for the management and control of Subscriber’s Networked Charging Stations and (ii) ChargePass Account Holders through their respective ChargePass Accounts to track their use of Networked Charging Stations, replenish ChargePass RFID Cards and otherwise manage their ChargePass Account.

  • Web Portal means an online entity through which persons are able to effect transactions in securities.

Where an Eligible Customer has elected not to designate a particular load at discrete points of delivery as Network Load, the Eligible Customer is responsible for making separate arrangements under Tariff, Part II for any Point-To-Point Transmission Service that may be necessary for such non-designated load.

  • Portal has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6(b)(iii).

  • Network Data Mover (NDM) or “Connect Direct” means the industry standard protocol for transferring information electrically.

  • Network Service User means an entity using Network Transmission Service.

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • Network Customer means an entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider’s Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. Network External Designated Transmission Service:

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

  • PSTN means the Public Switched Telephone Network.

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.
