Charging Stations definition

Charging Stations means all things and components, in any combination and using any type of technology or means, necessary or convenient for the purposes of charging motor vehicles with electricity including charger equipment and kiosks, and all ancillary appliances and fittings, including any associated protective installations, and related works;
Charging Stations means the associated third party electric vehicle charging stations connected to the EV Driver charging network (as listed on the Website and equipped with EV Driver markings);
Charging Stations. Any charging station that is available (connected, publicly accessible, EMP service accessible, dedicated EV connector) for DCS’s use to provide the Fleet Charging Services in the Territory under this Agreement due to the contractual relationship between DCS and the respective CPO(s).   • Electric vehicle charging station or “charging station” means any level of electric vehicle supply equipment station that is designed and built in compliance with Article 625 of the California Electrical Code, as it reads on the effective date of this Chapter, and delivers electricity from a source outside an electric vehicle into a plug-in electric vehicle.
