Network JV definition

Network JV means an incorporated or unincorporated company (including any corporation or limited liability company), association, partnership or joint venture, in which the Borrower or any of its subsidiaries holds at least a 25% equity interest, established in connection with a Network Sharing Arrangement and any of its subsidiaries.
Network JV means a company incorporated or unincorporated (including any corporation or limited liability company), association, partnership or joint venture, in which the DEBTOR or its Subsidiaries has share ownership of at least 25% (twenty five percent), established in relation to a Network Sharing Arrangement.

Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • Network means the participating providers described in the Provider Directory.

  • Network Load means the load that a Network Customer designates for Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. The Network Customer’s Network Load shall include all load (including losses) served by the output of any Network Resources designated by the Network Customer. A Network Customer may elect to designate less than its total load as Network Load but may not designate only part of the load at a discrete Point of Delivery. Where an Eligible Customer has elected not to designate a particular load at discrete points of delivery as Network Load, the Eligible Customer is responsible for making separate arrangements under Tariff, Part II for any Point-To-Point Transmission Service that may be necessary for such non-designated load.

  • Network Operator means the network operator who operates the wireless network of networks to which the SIM Cards are connected.

  • Network Customer means an entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider’s Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. Network External Designated Transmission Service:

  • Prepaid wireless telecommunications service means a wireless communications service that provides the right to utilize mobile wireless service as well as other nontelecommunications services, including the download of digital products delivered electronically, content and ancillary services, which must be paid for in advance, and that is sold in predetermined units or dollars of which the amount declines with use in a known amount.

  • Secure Network means a network which is only accessible by Secure Authentication.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.
