Non-residential definition

Non-residential means lands, Buildings or portions thereof used, or designed or intended for other than Residential use, including the non- residential portion of a Live-Work Unit;

More Definitions of Non-residential

Non-residential means the development of any property for any use other than residential use, except as may be exempted by this chapter.
Non-residential means a commercial or mixed-use building where the primary use is commercial or non- habitational. This includes, but is not limited to: small businesses, churches, schools, farm buildings (including grain bins and silos), pool houses, clubhouses, recreational buildings, government buildings, mercantile structures, agricultural and industrial structures, and warehouses.
Non-residential in reference to use, means land, buildings or structures of any kind whatsoever used, designed or intended to be used for other than a Residential use.
Non-residential means all parcels that are not classified by this Ordinance as Residential Parcels, and shall include, but not be limited to, parcels for industrial, commercial and institutional improvements, whether or not currently developed.
