MSEDCL s Requirements" means the description of the scope, standards, design criteria (if any) and program of work, as included in the Contract, and any alterations and modifications thereto in accordance with the Contract. The Conditions of Contract, Technical Specifications, Drawings, Appendix to tender and all other information contained in the Bid documents form an integral part of MSEDCL Requirements.
