Despite anything contained in this Agreement but without prejudice to this Article, if any provision of this Agreement shall be in deviation or inconsistent with or repugnant to the provisions contained in the Electricity Act, 2003, or any rules and regulations made there under, such provision of this Agreement shall be deemed to be amended to the extent required to bring it into compliance with the aforesaid relevant provisions as amended from time to time.

The terms used in this Agreement, unless as defined below or repugnant to the context, shall have the same meaning as assigned to them by the Electricity Act, 2003 and the rules or regulations framed there under, including those issued / framed by the Appropriate Commission (as defined hereunder), as amended or re-enacted from time to time.
Execute this Agreement; The TSP shall, within five (5) working days from the date of acquisition of SPV by the Selected Bidder, undertake to apply to the Commission for the grant of Transmission License and for the adoption of tariff as required under section-63 of the Electricity Act.
The complete metering system consisting of meters, current transformers & potential transformers shall conform to the 0.2 accuracy class individually and collectively, and shall comply with the technical standards, accuracy and calibration requirements as laid down in the CEA (Installation & Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 framed under the Electricity Act, 2003.
