MPQ definition

MPQ means minimum package quantity, as agreed between Supplier and EMS Provider or Supplier and the Cisco Entities, whichever is lower.
MPQ means, unless otherwise specified, the Minimum Purchase Quantity of each Unit of the Power Plant for a 12 month period and shall have the meaning stipulated in Article 2.2.
MPQ or “Maximum Park Quantity” means the maximum quantity of Gas that Bridgeline is obligated to park for the account of Shipper during one Day as specified in an executed Service Agreement providing for Parking Service between Shipper and Bridgeline.

  • The quantity thus scheduled in the IWG meeting shall be the Monthly Planned Quantity (MPQ) for each Buyer for the month M.

  • Purchaser has had an opportunity to review the proposed functionality and code of the MPQ Token and has read and understood Company’s materials describing Company and the MPQ Token, including the Offering Memorandum.

  • Company may establish a separate issuing entity for the MPQ Token and all rights and obligations of Company under this Purchase Agreement, including the Right, may be assigned to the issuing entity; provided however, that any such assignee assumes all rights and obligations of Company hereunder, including, without limitation, the obligations set forth in Section 2 (b) (i) hereof.

  • Purchaser will not be entitled to a refund of its Right and no MPQ Tokens shall be issued to Purchaser if Purchaser refuses to provide information requested pursuant to this Section 6(c) or if the information provided indicates that a refund of its Right may be a violation of law under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.
