The contractor will be required to furnish and maintain a field office in an awarded region. All of the expenses of maintaining these offices including furnishings, supplies, fax, and mobile and local phone services are the contractor’s overhead responsibilities. Utilities at the job sites will be furnished free of charge to the contractor by the client member. Water will be furnished free, with all of the taps, connections and associated equipment supplied free of charge to the contractor or supplied by the contractor and charged to the client. Upon project completion, the connections will be removed at the direction of the client.
