Minimum Package. The Service utilizes different equipment, depending on the location of the household to which the Service is delivered. You must subscribe at all times to the minimum package currently priced at $49.99 per month (not including the $10.00 per month fee to lease one (1) satellite modem and one (1) TRIA) or a higher-cost package. In the event you do not purchase and maintain such minimum package, or a higher-cost package, the Service may be deactivated.

The equipment is generally described as SurfBeam1 (SB1) and SurfBeam2 (SB2). You must subscribe at all times to a minimum package of the Sterling Package (currently $49.95/mo., including lease of 1 modem and 1 TRIA) when using SB1 equipment. You must subscribe at all times to a minimum package of the 10 G Package (currently $49.99/mo., not including lease of 1 modem and 1 TRIA) when using SB2 equipment. In the event you do not purchase the Sterling Package, 10G Package, or a package of greater value, your Service may be deactivated.

In the event of either conversion to non-exclusive or termination of this Agreement pursuant to this Section 3(e), the Supplier shall pay Distributor a conversion fee equal to [ * ], and Distributor shall transfer all Regulatory Approvals relating to BMS or DES in the Territory to Supplier.

  • Minimum Orders Client may order Manufacturing Services for batches of Products only in multiples of the Minimum Order Quantities as set out in Schedule B to a Product Agreement.

The TIPS Member may cancel the order if the delay is not commercially acceptable or not consistent with the Supplemental Agreement applicable to the order.
