Hub Operator definition

Hub Operator means the company offering and delivering the Notional Trading Services, being currently Huberator NV/SA.
Hub Operator means Home Affairs in its role as the operator of the Hub, or an entity, such as a managed services provider, contracted by Home Affairs to operate the Hub on its behalf. Identity Information includes but is not limited to an individual’s biometric information and related biographic information derived from government issued documents used to demonstrate identity. Identity Matching Services Administrator (IDMS Administrator) means the Home Affairs organisational unit responsible for managing the Interoperability Hub and its Services. Identity Matching Services Team (IDMS Team) means the Home Affairs organisational unit responsible for the implementation and management of the Interoperability Hub and its Services. Image Matching means the automated process of comparing two images to determine whether they are of the same person, using a facial recognition engine. Interagency Data Sharing Arrangement (IDSA) means an Interagency Data Sharing Arrangement entered into by the Agency and another Participant using an IDSA template approved by the Governing Body. Interoperability Hub means the technical system that provides a mechanism for the secure and auditable transmission of Facial Images and associated information between agencies or entities participating in the National Facial Biometric Matching Capability.
Hub Operator means the Hub Controller or such other entity, such as a managed services provider, contracted by the Hub Controller to operate the Interoperability Hub. Hub Production Environment means the information technology environment used to deploy the production version of the Interoperability Hub and Portal that allows Users to conduct Transactions and perform administrative functions. Identity Information means information, or a document, relating to an individual (whether living, dead, real or fictitious) that is capable of being used (whether alone or in conjunction with other information or documents) to identify or purportedly identify the individual. IDMS Administrator means the Identity Matching Services Administrator, being the Hub Controller’s organisational unit responsible for managing the Interoperability Hub, applicable Services, and Users accessing them.   • Supplier will use commercially reasonable efforts to transmit the notice to both EMS Provider and Hub Operator within one business day after receipt of the reschedule request.

  • Prior to instructing Hub Operator to remove any such inventory, Supplier shall so notify EMS Provider and the applicable Cisco Entity in writing.

  • Supplier will use commercially reasonable efforts to transmit the notice to both EMS Provider and Hub Operator within one business day after receipt of the Hub Order.
