Moon Business means the businesses and operations conducted prior to the Distribution Time by any member of the Moon Group that are not included in the SpinCo Business.

  • Licensee shall manufacture, assemble, distribute and provide the Licensed Products and Services according to a level of quality that is substantially consistent with the quality of the Moon Business during the twelve (12) months prior to the Distribution Date.
