Monitoring and Evaluation Committee definition

Monitoring and Evaluation Committee means the committee referred to in paragraph 3 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement;
Monitoring and Evaluation Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A. 3 of Schedule 2 to the Loan Agreement, to be formally created by the Borrower’s Governor through a decree or other normative act of designation, and published in the Borrower’s Official Gazette.
