MLAs definition

MLAs means the MPL Site MLA and Sale Site MLA.
MLAs is defined in the preamble.
MLAs means the MPL Site Master Lease Agreement and Sale Site Master Lease Agreement.

MLAs shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the preamble;

MLAs means the MPL Site MLA and Sale Site MLA. “MPL” has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
MLAs means the Master License Agreement between Magic and OKI Electric Industry Co. Ltd. and between Magic and Sanyo Electric Co. Ltd.

  • Joint Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners means Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Citigroup Global Markets, Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Credit Partners L.P., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., Xxxxxx Brothers Inc. and Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated.

  • Bookrunner shall have the meaning provided in the first paragraph of this Agreement, and shall include any successor thereto.

  • Collateral Management Fee means each of the Senior Management Fee, the Subordinated Management Fee and the Incentive Collateral Management Fee.

  • Joint Lead Arranger as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Lead Arranger as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Arranger means Banc of America Securities LLC, in its capacity as sole lead arranger and sole book manager.

  • Collateral Management Agreement The agreement dated as of the Closing Date, between the Issuer and the Collateral Manager relating to the management of the Collateral Obligations and the other Assets by the Collateral Manager on behalf of the Issuer, as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • Book Runner means the same as defined in the Public Offering Regulations, 2017;

  • Agent's Fee Letter means the letter agreement, dated as of the date hereof (as hereafter amended from time to time) between the Borrower and the Agent respecting certain fees payable to the Agent for its own account.

  • Joint Lead Arrangers shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

  • Sole Bookrunner means Pareto Securities AB.

  • Arrangement Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(a).

  • Engagement Letter means that certain Engagement Letter, dated as of June 18, 2015, by and among the Borrower and the Arrangers.

  • Lead Arrangers means Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Bank USA, Barclays Bank PLC, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., KKR Capital Markets LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and UBS Securities LLC.

  • Fee Letter means any letter or letters dated on or about the date of this Agreement between the Arrangers and the Original Borrowers or the Parent (or the Agent and the Parent) setting out any of the fees referred to in Clause 11 (Fees).

  • Joint Bookrunner means Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated, X.X. Xxxxxx Securities LLC and RBC Capital Markets(3), each in its respective capacity as a bookrunner under this Agreement, and “Joint Bookrunners” means all of them, collectively.

  • Bank of America Fee Letter means the letter agreement, dated January 4, 2011, among the Borrower, Bank of America and MLPFS.

  • Arrangement Agreement has the meaning ascribed thereto in the recitals hereof;

  • Collective Agreement means a written agreement concerning terms and conditions of employment or any other matter of mutual interest concluded by one or more registered trade unions, on the one hand and, on the other hand-

  • Bookrunners as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Documentation Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Citigroup Trust means each of Citigroup Capital III, Citigroup Capital XIII and Citigroup Capital XVIII, each a Delaware statutory trust, or any other similar trust created for the purpose of issuing preferred securities in connection with the issuances of junior subordinated notes under the junior subordinated debt indentures or the junior junior subordinated debt indenture.

  • Finance agreement means a loan, lease, or installment sale agreement for a motor vehicle. The term includes, but is not limited to, an installment sale contract, a retail installment contract, or a retail charge agreement.

  • Co-Lead Arrangers means X.X. Xxxxxx Securities Inc. and RBSGC.
