Joint Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners means Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Citigroup Global Markets, Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Credit Partners L.P., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Brothers Inc. and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Lynch, Pierce, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇ Incorporated.
GE Capital Fee Letter means that certain letter, dated as of September 19, 2003, between GE Capital and Borrower with respect to certain Fees to be paid from time to time by Borrower to GE Capital.
Bookrunner or “Administrative Agent” of any kind shall have no right or duty under any Loan Documents other than those applicable to all Lenders, and shall in no event have any fiduciary duty to any Secured Party.
Collateral Management Fee The fee payable to the Collateral Manager in arrears on each Payment Date pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Collateral Management Agreement and Section 11.1 hereof, comprised of (x) the Base Management Fee and (y) the Subordinated Management Fee.
Joint Lead Arranger means each of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., BofA Securities, Inc., PNC Capital Markets LLC, U.S. Bank National Association and The Bank of Nova Scotia in their respective capacities as joint lead arranger, and their respective successors in such capacity.
