Sale Site definition

Sale Site means the Brightwells premises where the Auction is conducted.
Sale Site is defined as any Internet or mobile web site or mobile application owned, operated or controlled by the Company, its Affiliates or a Business Associate. Vendor hereby authorizes the Company to offer and sell the Products to Customers by means of the Sale Site. “Business Associate” means an entity (including an Affiliate) with which the Company has a contractual co-branding, hosting or sales relationship pursuant to which the Company operates, hosts or contributes to a third-party web site directed in whole or in part to the retail sale of merchandise. “Affiliate” means an entity controlling, controlled by or under common control with another entity.
Sale Site means any site where the Lots are located and available for viewing and the premises or site where any auction sale is held.

Examples of Sale Site in a sentence

  • Preparation: Vendor shall not begin a project for which a TIPS Member has not prepared the site, unless Vendor does the preparation work at no cost, or until TIPS Member includes the cost of site preparation in the TIPS Sale Site preparation includes, but is not limited to: moving furniture, installing wiring for networks or power, and similar pre‐installation requirements.

  • All objects and possessions are brought onto the Sale Site entirely at the owner’s risk and unattended baggage and objects will be removed or destroyed as the Auctioneers think fit.

  • Any person entering the Sale Site must comply with the requirements of all Health and Safety notices.

  • There are several alternatives to bidding in person at the Sale Site at the time of the sale.

  • The Buyer is responsible for the removal from the Sale Site of any fluids and/or waste in and around the Lot(s) and shall carry out the removal strictly in accordance with all current legislation, rules and regulations governing those fluids or waste.

  • The Agent may require the Buyer to pay a deposit prior to collection of any Lot to cover any possible damage to the Sale Site or other location, and the deposit shall be returned to the Buyer within 3 working days of the Buyer collecting the Lots without damage to the Sale Site or other location.

  • The Agent reserves the right to refuse entry to a Buyer, or to require a Buyer to leave a Sale Site immediately if his conduct or that of those accompanying him is not satisfactory to the Agent.

  • Subsequent Closing shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.4.

  • Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.
