Missing Document definition

Missing Document means a document required as part of the Application that is either not included in the application and/or not executed and dated (as applicable) prior to the Application Submission date.
Missing Document means a document which an EPC applicant was required to provide with the EPC application but which the EPC applicant has not provided;

  • The Interim Servicer shall deliver a Missing Document Report to the Owner at the end of each calendar quarter with respect to each Loan and REO Property subject to this Agreement.

  • Moreover, if Owner has mot cured any document deficiency within thirty (30) days following receipt of the Missing Document Report, and such document is reasonably necessary to service such Mortgage Loan or REO Property, then Servicer may, but is not obligated to, cure such deficiency.
