Drawing Document means any Letter of Credit or other document presented for purposes of drawing under any Letter of Credit.
T E Document means Tender Enquiry Document
Bidding Document means set of documents prepared by PSDF which consists of “Instructions to Training Providers”, TORs and forms for providing information about profile of the organization and Technical & Financial Proposals.
RfS Document means the bidding document issued by MSEDCL including all attachments, clarifications and amendments thereof.
Related Document any agreement, certificate, document or instrument relating to a Letter of Credit.
Financing Document means any credit agreement, guarantee, financing or security agreement or other agreements or instruments governing indebtedness of the Company or any of the Company Subsidiaries.
Operative Document means a bond declaration, trust agreement, indenture, security
Credit Document means any of this Agreement, the Revolving Loan Notes, if any, the Collateral Documents, the Asset Purchase Agreement, any Receivables Purchase Agreement, the Servicing Agreement, the Backup Servicing Agreement, the Custodial Agreement and all other documents, instruments or agreements executed and delivered by Company or Holdings for the benefit of any Agent or any Lender in connection herewith.
Policy Document means this Policy wording the Schedule (which is attached to and forms part of this Policy and includes any Annexure or endorsement to it and, if more than one, then, the latest in time) and the Proposal Form.
TE Document means Tender Enquiry Document
Loan Document means this Agreement, each Note, each Letter of Credit Document, the Guaranty and each other document or instrument now or hereafter executed and delivered by a Loan Party in connection with, pursuant to or relating to this Agreement.

Scope Document means the document (if any) that is provided with and becomes part of the Order Form and which defines sometimes in conjunction with a Service Description (as applicable) the Services to be provided.
Related Documentation means, with respect to Software, all materials, documentation (including control documentation utilized in connection with an audit), specifications, technical manuals, user manuals, flow diagrams, file descriptions and other written information that describes the function and use of such Software, but excluding source code.
Transaction Document means any agreement, document, certificate or instrument delivered pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.
Ordering Document or "order" means a document that is expressly governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement by which, when accepted by Oracle, You order Services from Oracle.

Underlying Documents means, together, the Contracts, the Refund Guarantees, the Supervision Agreements and the Management Agreements and “Underlying Document” means any of them.

Settlement Document shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(a).
Transfer Document means a document substantially in the form of Exhibit E to the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Programme Document means the formal document (in standard format) attached to this Agreement, which is concluded by the Parties and reflects expected results, detailed activities, timeframes and budget, and defines what is to be accomplished. The Programme Document is the basis for requisitioning, committing and disbursing funds to carry out planned activities and for their monitoring and reporting.
