MIP Award definition

MIP Award means the amount actually awarded Executive under DeVry’s annual Management Incentive Plan, as in effect from time to time, upon the achievement of specific DeVry-wide and personal performance goals of the Executive that will be determined each fiscal year by the Executive’s direct supervisor and/or the Compensation Committee as necessary and appropriate to comply with DeVry policy.

MIP Award means the amount actually awarded the Executive under Adtalem’s annual Management Incentive Plan, as in effect from time to time, upon the achievement of specific Adtalem-wide and personal performance goals of the Executive that will be determined each fiscal year by the Compensation Committee as necessary and appropriate to comply with Adtalem policy.

MIP Award means a cash award paid pursuant to the Solar Turbines Incorporated Management Incentive Plan, as it may be amended from time to time.

Examples of MIP Award in a sentence

• Any MIP Award due and owing hereunder with respect to any fiscal year shall be paid no later than the fifteenth day of the third month following the end of Adtalem’s fiscal year in which the MIP Award was earned.

• The Target MIP Award for each Participant will be expressed as a percentage of the Participant’s Annual Base Salary (the “Target MIP Award”) as determined by the Committee and will be communicated to Participants in such manner as the Committee deems appropriate.

• Any MIP Award due and owing hereunder with respect to any fiscal year shall be paid no later than the fifteenth day of the third month following the end of DeVry’s fiscal year in which the MIP Award was earned.

• Any MIP Award that is already fully earned by service through the end of the applicable measurement period but not yet paid shall be payable in accordance with its terms, but the Company shall not be under any obligation to make payment with respect to MIP Award measurement periods that have not been completed.

• After a Participant’s Target MIP Award is determined under this Section 8(b), the appropriate weighting of performance measures will apply to each portion of such Target MIP Award as set forth in Section 5 above.

More Definitions of MIP Award

MIP Award means the cash bonus payable under the Company’s Management Incentive Plan.

MIP Award means the cash bonus payable under the Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. Management Incentive Plan, as such plan is assumed and continued by the Company as the Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. Management Incentive Plan, and any successor plan thereto.

MIP Award means each grant with respect to New Common Stock awarded under the Management Incentive Plan, which shall (a) dilute the New Common Stock issued under the Plan, in connection with the Equity Rights Offering (including the New Common Stock issued in connection with the Backstop Commitment Premium) and/or upon exercise of the New Warrants and (b) have the benefit of anti-dilution protections on account of any New Common Stock issued by the Reorganized Debtors after the Effective Date, upon exercise of the New Warrants.

MIP Award means the actual award earned by a Participant during an applicable Plan Year, as determined by the Committee in its sole discretion, at the end of the applicable Performance Period.

MIP Award means an award of New Common Equity pursuant to the Management Incentive Plan.

MIP Award means an award granted to a Participant under the International Paper Company Management Incentive Plan or any other bonus designated as eligible for deferral under the Plan by the Administrator.

MIP Award has the meaning set forth in the First Amended Plan.
