New Common Equity definition

New Common Equity means the new common stock of FEAM or, in the event of the In-Court Restructuring, the new common equity interests of Reorganized FEAM, to be issued in accordance with the terms set forth in the Restructuring Term Sheet and the Subscription Agreement.
New Common Equity means the common stock, limited liability company membership units, or functional equivalent thereof of Reorganized Parent to be issued on the Effective Date.
New Common Equity means the common equity in Reorganized Hexion to be authorized, issued, or reserved on the Effective Date pursuant to the Plan or to be issued upon exercise of the New Warrants.
