Applicable Plan Year. The term “Applicable Plan Year” means (a) for any Plan Year in which the Prior Year Testing Method is being used, the Plan Year prior to the Plan Year that is being tested; and (b) for any Plan Year in which the Current Year Testing Method is being used, the Plan Year that is being tested.
