Minimum Pipeline Throughput definition

Minimum Pipeline Throughput means 60,000 bpd of Refined Products, in the aggregate, on average for each Contract Quarter.
Minimum Pipeline Throughput means 40,000 bpd of Crude Oil, in the aggregate, on average, for each Contract Quarter, as such amount may be adjusted by the terms of this Agreement, including Section 3(a)(iv)(D).

Examples of Minimum Pipeline Throughput in a sentence

  • If in any Month the Minimum Pipeline Throughput Volume is not throughput and Customer pays an MPUF above the amount of Pipeline Use Fees owed for actual throughput volumes during such Month, then Customer shall receive a “Shortfall Credit” calculated as the difference between the Pipeline Use Fees owed for actual total volumes throughput on the Pipelines during such Month and the Minimum Pipeline Throughput Fee.

  • Notwithstanding the other portions of this Section 3(a), in the event that the Commencement Date is any date other than the first day of a Contract Quarter, then the Minimum Pipeline Revenue Commitment, Minimum Pipeline Throughput, and Pipeline Incentive Tariff Threshold for the initial partial Contract Quarter shall be prorated based upon the number of days actually in such partial Contract Quarter.

  • If any action is taken or threatened to declare these services a public use, then, upon notifying Customer, Operator may restructure and restate this Agreement, provided that such restructuring and restatement does not increase the charges that Customer is obligated to pay or prevent Customer from meeting its Minimum Marine Throughput Volume and Minimum Pipeline Throughput Volume obligations hereunder.

  • If the Minimum Marine Throughput Volume and/or the Minimum Pipeline Throughput Volume are not met, then Customer shall receive a “Shortfall Credit” calculated as the difference between actual total volumes received during such Month and the Minimum Marine Throughput Volume and/or the Minimum Pipeline Throughput Volume multiplied by the sum of the MTVF and/or the Pipeline Use Fee, each on a per Barrel basis.

  • Similarly, notwithstanding the other portions of this Section 3(a), if the end of the Term is on a day other than the last day of a Contract Quarter, then the Minimum Pipeline Revenue Commitment, Minimum Pipeline Throughput, and Pipeline Incentive Tariff Threshold for the final partial Contract Quarter shall be prorated based upon the number of days actually in such partial Contract Quarter.

  • This measure was contained in regulation 17 of the draft Pensions (Automatic Enrolment) Regulations which we consulted on in Spring 2009.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, quantities of Crude Oil that are shipped on the Pipeline System but that do not reach the injection points for the Centurion Pipeline or the Plains Pipeline will not be subject to the tariffs, charges and other fees provided for in this Agreement and will not count towards the satisfaction of the Minimum Pipeline Throughput, though such quantities may be subject to tariffs, charges and fees under the Crude Agreement or other applicable agreements.

  • If the average throughput for any Contract Quarter (including Qualified Third-Party Throughput) exceeds the Minimum Pipeline Throughput attributable to such Contract Quarter, then for each throughput barrel in excess of the Minimum Pipeline Throughput, HFRM shall pay HEP Operating throughput fees in the amount of the Pipeline Incentive Tariff.

Related to Minimum Pipeline Throughput

  • Throughput means the measure of production, or factor related to production, used to determine the relationship between the amount of energy used by the target unit and the levels of activity of the target unit, as set out in Schedule 6 to an underlying agreement; “the Tribunal” means the First-tier Tribunal established under the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxx 00000;

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Pipeline System means each system of Pipeline Assets, Real Property and Easements relating thereto making up an integrated gathering system and gathering system, or other pipeline system.

  • CO2 means carbon dioxide.

  • Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel means diesel fuel that has a sulfur content of no more than fifteen parts per

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in Section 3.1(e).

  • Capacity Storage Resource means any hydroelectric power plant, flywheel, battery storage, or other such facility solely used for short term storage and injection of energy at a later time to participate in the PJM energy and/or Ancillary Services markets and which participates in the Reliability Pricing Model.

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Cubic foot of gas means the amount of gas required to fill a cubic foot of space when the gas is at an absolute pressure of fourteen and seventy-three hundredths (14.73) pounds per square inch at a temperature of sixty (60) degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Biodiesel means a fuel composed of mono-alkyl esters of long chain fatty acids derived from vegetable oils or animal fats, and, in accordance with standards specified by the American society for testing and materials, designated B100, and meeting the requirements of D-6751, as approved by the department of agriculture.

  • Pipelines means those pipelines within the Storage Facility that connect the Tanks to one another and to the receiving and delivery flanges of the Storage Facility.

  • Operating pressure means the pressure at which the parts of an irrigation system are designed by the manufacturer to operate.

  • tons means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I of the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969; the word “tonnage” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.

  • Measurement Point means the emission source for which continuous emission measurement systems (CEMS) are used for emission measurement, or the cross-section of a pipeline system for which the CO2 flow is determined using continuous measurement systems;

  • generating plant means the generating facility described in Schedule 1 as amended from time to time;

  • Ethanol means a high octane gasoline blend stock that is used to make various grades of gasoline.

  • Finished water means the water that is introduced into the distribution system of a public water system and is intended for distribution and consumption without further treatment, except as treatment necessary to maintain water quality in the distribution system (e.g., booster disinfection, addition of corrosion control chemicals).

  • Volume Commitment means the agreed upon Customer commitment to purchase, and may be described as an Annual Volume Commitment, Total Volume Commitment, Tiered Volume Commitment, or Subminimum Volume Commitment.

  • Feedstock Gas means natural gas used as a raw material for its chemical properties in creating an end product.
