Merrimack Targets definition

Merrimack Targets means Targets that are delivered to Dyax by Merrimack and accepted by Dyax for inclusion in the Research Program as provided under Section 2.4(a). For the avoidance of doubt, the identity of Merrimack Targets shall constitute Confidential Information of Merrimack.

  • The initial goal of the Research Program is to identify Dyax Antibodies that bind to the Merrimack Targets provided to Dyax under the terms of the Research Plan for each Research Campaign.

Related to Merrimack Targets

  • Pfizer shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Product Candidate means any pharmaceutical product developed, manufactured and/or tested by or on behalf of the Company that has not received a Regulatory Authorization for commercial distribution other than in connection with pre-clinical or clinical trials.

  • Merck has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Acquisition Target means any Person becoming a Subsidiary of the Company after the date hereof; any Person that is merged into or consolidated with the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company after the date hereof; or any Person with respect to which all or a substantial part of that Person’s assets are acquired by the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company after the date hereof.

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Collaboration Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(h).
