Marketing Function Employee definition
Marketing Function Employee means an employee, contractor, consultant or agent of Pembina or of an affiliate of Pembina who actively and personally engages on a day-to-day basis in Marketing Functions;
Marketing Function Employee means an employee, contractor, consultant or agent of a Transmission Provider or of an affiliate of a Transmission Provider who actively and personally engages on a day-to-day basis in Marketing Functions.9

Marketing Function Employee means an employee, contractor, consultant or agent of a Participant or of an affiliate of a Participant who actively and personally engages on a day-to-day basis in functions related to marketing (other than to end-use consumers) of electric energy or capacity, demand response, virtual transactions, or financial or physical transmission rights.
