Power Sales Contracts definition

Power Sales Contracts has the meaning set forth in the Resolution.
Power Sales Contracts means this Power Sales Contract and the other Power Sales Contracts, dated the date hereof, between FMPA and the other Project Participants, all relating to the Solar Project PPA and Solar Facility, as the same may be amended from time to time, and any substantially similar contract entered into by FMPA in connection with any transfer or assignment in accordance with this Power Sales Contract.
Power Sales Contracts means all of the Carbon Free Power Project Power Sales Contracts dated as of April 1, 2018, between UAMPS and the Participants (including this Contract between UAMPS and the Participant), all of which are uniform in all material respects in their term, conditions and provisions, with the exception of the Entitlement Share, the Capital Contribution Percentage, the Debt Service Percentage and the Debt Service Share for each of the Participants and the other matters set forth in the Exhibits attached hereto.

More Definitions of Power Sales Contracts

Power Sales Contracts means the Power Sales Contract and the similar contracts entered into, as of the 18th day of September, 1963, with the other Purchasers. All other terms used in this Amendment shall have the respective meanings set forth in Section 2 or elsewhere in the Power Sales Contract except as otherwise provided in Article II of this Amendment.
Power Sales Contracts means this Contract and other contracts providing for the sale of power and energy by IMEA to the other Participating Members as amended from time to time (excepting therefrom the contracts entered into by the Agency and Participating Members for power supplies which are specifically superseded by the Power Sales Contracts and any other contracts which the Agency designates as being excepted).
