Manure Storage Area definition

Manure Storage Area means an area where animal manure or process generated wastewater are stored or processed. Short-term and permanent stockpile sites and composting sites are manure storage areas. Animal manure packs or mounding are not manure storage areas provided they are managed in accordance with Minn. R. 7020.2000, subp. 3.
