Facility component definition

Facility component means any part of a facility, including equipment.
Facility component means any underground tanks, associated pipes, pumps, leak monitoring systems, cathodic protection systems, vaults, fixed containers or appurtenant structures, used or designed to be used for the storage, transmission, or dispensing of petroleum products and hazardous materials.
Facility component means any part of a facility, including, but not limited to, pipes, ducts, boilers, tank reactors, turbines, furnaces, any other equipment in a facility, or any structural member of a facility.
