Management and Salaried Employee Group definition

Management and Salaried Employee Group means Eligible Employees who perform the functions performed by the salaried and managerial Employees on the Effective Date (including any functions that such Employees will perform in the future).

An Employer may further limit the period taken into account to that part of the Plan Year or calendar year in which an Employee was a Participant in the component of the Plan being tested.   • Active Employment means you must be actively at work for the Sponsor:

  • Excluded Employees means those employees listed on Schedule 1.1(w);
