Examples of Majority Other Investors in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, any amendment of, or waiver of any obligation pursuant to, this Agreement that would adversely and disproportionately affect the Other Investors in a material respect shall, in addition to the consents set forth above, require the consent of the Majority Other Investors.

  • Other Investors shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
