Founders Group means, with respect to a Founder’s right to purchase any other Founder’s vested or unvested shares in connection with a right of first refusal, right of first offer, or similar purchase opportunity, all those Founders whose employment or other service with the Company has not been terminated and who have not failed to purchase all of the shares subject to such right, as determined from time to time.
