Xxxx Group. The LightEdge Xxxx Group is a vehicle for distributing call to agents regardless of location. A Xxxx Group is a feature similar to a Call Center in that it allows calls to roll to multiple agents through 5 xxxx policies, but a Xxxx Group does not allow queuing and statistical reporting.
Xxxx Group. (v) The provisions of Section 4(b)(i), 4(b)(ii), and 4(b)(iii) notwithstanding, the Employee shall, with the prior written permission of the Management Company, be free to disclose selected Confidential Information and/or Confidential Applicability Information to a limited number of parties for the purpose of securing employment subsequent to the Employee's employment with the Company or progressing professionally, provided further that where such disclosure would not be harmful to the X. X. Xxxx Group, such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. For purposes of this Section 4(b)(v), the termination of the Employee's employment with the Company shall not in itself be deemed harmful to the X. X. Xxxx Group, even if such termination is voluntary.
Xxxx Group. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall prohibit the Employee from (i) at any time accepting employment with, or entering into a consultant or contractor arrangement with, or becoming an officer, agent, owner, or partner of, or becoming an investor in, any entity in the X. X. Xxxx Group; or (ii) at any time soliciting, persuading, encouraging or inducing any other person (including without limitation a present employee of the Company) to enter into such a relationship with an entity in the X. X. Xxxx Group; and the Company agrees that it shall not interfere with, or seek to enjoin, any such activity.
