Examples of Majority Investors in a sentence
Notwithstanding the foregoing, additional parties may be added as Investors under this Agreement, and the definition of Registrable Securities expanded, with the written consent of the Company and the Majority Investors.
Neither this Agreement nor any of the rights or duties of the Corporation set forth herein shall be assigned by the Corporation, in whole or in part, without having first received the written consent of the Majority Investors.
If no successor agent has accepted appointment as Agent by the date which is thirty (30) days following a retiring Agent’s notice of resignation, the retiring Agent’s resignation shall nevertheless thereupon become effective and the Committed Investors shall perform all of the duties of the Agent hereunder until such time, if any, as the Majority Investors appoint a successor agent as provided for above.
Upon the occurrence and during the continuance of any Termination Event or Potential Termination Event, the Agent shall take no action hereunder (other than ministerial actions or such actions as are specifically provided for herein) without the prior consent of the Majority Investors (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed).
Upon any such resignation, the Majority Investors shall have the right to appoint a successor Agent.
