Maintenance and Replacement Plan definition

Maintenance and Replacement Plan means the plan to be prepared by the Developer for maintenance and replacement of Assets and Project Utilities relating to the Commercial Development Project, which plan shall be prepared consistent with the requirements of the Schedules;
