Longview Arbitration definition

Longview Arbitration means the arbitration case administered by the American Arbitration Association with Case No. 50 158 T 00411 11 relating to the Longview project and to which KNAC INC is a party, pending as at the date of this Agreement, and any and all claims in respect of the Longview project. For the purposes of this definition, “claims” shall mean any disputes, litigation, proceedings, claims or dispute resolution procedures.

Examples of Longview Arbitration in a sentence

  • For a period of two (2) years after the Effective Date, US Buyer agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to make available to KNAC INC all relevant Employees who may be required to attend meetings, depositions, arbitral hearings or as otherwise deemed reasonably necessary by KNAC INC in connection with the Longview Arbitration.

  • In the event any Employee may be required to devote more than 100 hours in any calendar year, or in the event any Employee is needed beyond two (2) years after the Effective Date, to the Longview Arbitration, US Buyer may invoice Sellers at an hourly rate of $150 per Employee.

  • The obligations of US Buyer shall remain valid and not expire until KNAC INC has given US Buyer notice that the Longview Arbitration is concluded with final effect and that US Buyer’s obligations under this Section 6.12 therefor shall have expired.

  • Until May 15, 2014, US Buyer agrees with the Sellers that certain personnel of KNAC INC as listed in Schedule 6.13 shall be permitted to retain designated office spaces, a conference room, document storage area and two visitor cubes in the premises leased by KNAC INC in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania for use related to the Longview Arbitration and the Buyers shall not be entitled to any compensation therefore.

  • Except for the reimbursement of all out-of-pocket expenses and except to the extent that any Employee shall be required to devote more than 100 hours in any calendar year to the Longview Arbitration, US Buyer shall not be entitled to any compensation for the performance of the services as set out in this Section 6.12.

Related to Longview Arbitration

  • Arbitration means any arbitration whether or not administered by a permanent arbitral institution;

  • JAMS means JAMS, Inc. or its successor entity, a judicial arbitration and mediation service.

  • Mediation means any process in which a mediator facilitates communication and negotiation between the parties to assist them in reaching a voluntary agreement regarding their dispute.

  • UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules means the arbitration rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law.

  • Arbitration Panel shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3 hereof.

  • Dispute Resolution Procedure means the procedure for resolution of Disputes set forth in Article 26;

  • Dispute Resolution Procedures means the procedures outlined in Annexure A of the MSA Determination.

  • Alternative dispute resolution means mediation, arbitration, conciliation, or other nonjudicial procedure that involves a neutral party in the decisionmaking process. The form of alternative dispute resolution chosen pursuant to this article may be binding or nonbinding, with the voluntary consent of the parties.

  • Dispute Resolution means the procedure set forth in this LGIP for resolution of a dispute between the Parties.

  • Arbitration Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 9.13.

  • AAA Rules has the meaning set forth in Section 11.2.

  • arbitration agreement means an agreement by the parties to submit to arbitration all or certain disputes which have arisen or which may arise between them in respect of a defined legal relationship, whether contractual or not;

  • Arbitration Rules means the AAA’s Commercial Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures.

  • Arbitration Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(a).

  • Arbitrator means the authority nominated by Chief General Manager (CGM) for arbitration.
