Long-Term Incentive Programs definition

Long-Term Incentive Programs means (i) the Loan Agreement, dated November 17, 1994, between Borrower and Bradxxx X. Xxxxx, xxd the promissory note, dated November 17, 1994, from Bradxxx X. Xxxxx xx Borrower, in the original principal amount of $1,500,000, each as amended through the date hereof, a true and correct copy of each of which is attached hereto as Exhibit O-1, and (ii) the Loan Agreement, dated November 17, 1994, between Borrower and Sterxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx, xxd the promissory note, dated November 17, 1994, from Sterxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx xx Borrower, in the original principal amount of $1,500,000, each as amended through the date hereof, a true and correct copy of each of which is attached hereto as Exhibit O-2. Maturity Date - the earlier of April 30, 1999 or such earlier date as payment of the Loans shall be due (whether by acceleration or otherwise).
