Lodgement of Assessment Instrument. (a) All assessment instruments under the conditions of this clause, including the appropriate percentage of the Australian Pay and Classification Scale to be paid to the employee, will be lodged by the Employer with the Registrar of the Australian Industrial Relations Commission.
Lodgement of Assessment Instrument. 1 .5(a) All assessment instruments under the conditions of this clause, including the appropriate percentage of the agreement rate to be paid to the employee, shall be lodged by the employer with the Registrar of the Industrial Relations Commission.

Lodgement of Assessment Instrument. All assessment instruments under the conditions of this Appendix, including the appropriate percentage of the Agreement wage to be paid to the employee, shall be lodged by IBA with the Fair Work Australia. All assessment instruments shall be agreed and signed by the parties to the assessment, provided that, where the employee requests, the instrument shall be provided to a representative of the employee and will take effect unless an objection is notified to the Registrar within 10 working days.
