Common use of Lodgement of Assessment Instrument Clause in Contracts

Lodgement of Assessment Instrument. (1) All assessment instruments, under this Schedule, including the appropriate percentage of the agreement rate of pay, will be lodged by the Employer with the General Manager of the Fair Work Commission.

Lodgement of Assessment Instrument. (1a) All assessment instruments, instruments under the conditions of this Schedule, including the appropriate percentage of the agreement rate of paywage to be paid to the employee, will be lodged by the Employer Xxxxx Xxxxx with the General Manager Registrar of the Fair Work Commission.

Lodgement of Assessment Instrument. (1) All assessment instruments, under this Schedule, including the appropriate percentage of the agreement rate of pay, will be lodged by the Employer with the General Manager of the Fair Work Commission. All assessment instruments will be agreed and signed by the parties to the assessment, provided that: where a union is not a party to the assessment the General Manager of the Fair Work Commission will forward a copy of the assessment to that union; and unless that union lodges an objection with the General Manager of the Fair Work Commission, the assessment will take effect after ten working days.
