PAY AND CLASSIFICATION. 20.01 Except under unusual circumstances, an employee shall be paid by cheque or, at the request of an employee, by direct deposit to the Financial Institution of the employee’s choice, every two (2) weeks. All pay, leave, and benefits will be based upon the employee's official FLSA classification. This arrangement will not adjust the employee’s current classification.

The City will maintain a twenty percent (20%) differential between the rank of Officer and Sergeant.
