Local Environmental and Social Management Plan definition

Local Environmental and Social Management Plan or “LESMP” means any Recipient site-specific environmental and social management plan, acceptable to the Association to be prepared during Project implementation in accordance with the ESMF, approved by the Association, describing environmental mitigation, monitoring and institutional measures to offset or eliminate any negative impact or reduce them to acceptable levels, related to any Project activities; and “LESMPs” means the plural thereof.
