Local Contractors definition

Local Contractors means independent oil spill removal companies located in the various states with whom the Provider has contracted to maintain and provide Response Resources in fulfillment of the Provider’s obligations hereunder;
Local Contractors means the legal entities, including corporations and natural persons organized under the laws of, and who are in, Palau.

More Definitions of Local Contractors

Local Contractors. Contractors that (1) have a usual place of business in the Town of Canton, and/or (2) are owned or operated by individuals who (prior to bid submission to Developer) have principal residences in the Town of Canton.
