LMT Licensed Products definition

LMT Licensed Products means any product the manufacture, use, offer for sale, sale or importation of which by LMT would, but for this Agreement, infringe a valid claim of an Eontec Licensed Patent in a jurisdiction where such valid claim exists or that incorporates or uses any element of the Eontec Licensed Technical Information in its design or manufacture.

  • LMC agrees to pay LMT a royalty equal to three percent (3.0%) of the Net Sales Price of LMC Licensed Products by LMC or any Affiliate of LMC, and LMT agrees to pay LMC a royalty equal to three percent (3.0%) of the Net Sales Price of LMT Licensed Products by LMT or any Affiliate of LMT.

If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.

  • End Products as used in this clause, means those articles, materials, and supplies to be acquired for public use under this contract.

  • Licensed Trademarks means the trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos and other icons or indicia designated by SCEA in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines for use on or in connection with Licensed Products. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way grant Publisher the right to use the trademark "Sony" in any manner. SCEA may amend such Licensed Trademarks from time to time in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines or upon written notice to Publisher.

  • Licensed Technology means the Licensed Patents and the Licensed Know-How.

  • Diagnostic Product means any test or assay for diagnosing or detecting a disease, disorder, medical condition, or symptom.

  • Existing Products Tangible Products and intangible licensed Products which exist prior to the commencement of work under the Contract. Contractor retains the burden of proving that a particular product was existing before commencement of the Project. .

  • Licensed IP means the Licensed Patents and the Licensed Know-How.

  • Existing Product means any formulation of the same product category and form sold, supplied, manufactured, or offered for sale in California prior to the following dates, or any subsequently introduced identical formulation:

  • Licensed Programs means, collectively, NeoSystems’ and any Third Party Vendor computer software programs to be provided to Client for use on certain hardware on Client’s premises or a third party’s premises as set forth in an Agreement. The Licensed Programs shall include any fixes, work-arounds, updates, revisions, modifications, enhancements and any derivative works that are provided to Client by NeoSystems under an Agreement.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Competing Products means any product or service in existence or under development that competes with any product or service of the Company Group about which the Participant obtained Confidential Information or for which the Participant provided advisory services or had sales, origination, marketing, production, distribution, research or development responsibilities in the last twenty-four (24) months of employment with the Company Group.
