LLC Shares definition

LLC Shares means the aggregate limited liability company interests of the Company authorized to be issued pursuant to this Agreement.

LLC Shares in respect of a Borrower, shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in that Borrower’s limited liability company agreement.

LLC Shares means shares of the LLC, consisting of Series A Preferred Shares ("LLC Series A Preferred Shares"), Series B Preferred Shares ("LLC Series B Preferred Shares") and Common Shares ("LLC Common Shares").

More Definitions of LLC Shares

LLC Shares means shares issued pursuant to the LLC Agreement representing LLC Interests.

LLC Shares means shares representing a proportionate interest in the capital and profits and losses of the LLC;
