Class B Shares definition

Class B Shares means the Class B ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company of $0.0001 nominal or par value designated as Class B Shares, and having the rights provided for in these Articles.
Class B Shares means, as applicable, the HBB Class B Shares, the HY Class B Shares and the NACCO Class B Shares.
Class B Shares means shares of Class B Common Stock.

  • In the event that the Company issues Units to, or cancels Units held by, any Person other than the Managing Member, the Managing Member shall issue Class B Shares to such Person or cancel Class B Shares held by such Person, as applicable, such that the number of Class B Shares held by such Person is equal to the number of Units held by such Person; provided, that, after the Lockup Expiration Date, the Managing Member may instead issue to such Person an option to acquire such number of Class B Shares.
