Examples of Class B Shares in a sentence
The Company recorded loss and total comprehensive loss of approximately HK$49.6 million for the Reporting Period, which was mainly attributable to the expenses relating to equity-settled share-based payment expense related to conversion right of the Class B Shares and the Promoter Warrants upon the completion of a De-SPAC Transaction.

The SPAC Class A Shares, SPAC Class B Shares and SPAC Preferred Shares are referred to herein collectively as “SPAC Shares”.

The amount of the CDSC that will be imposed on redemption on Class B Shares will depend upon the number of years since the Shareholder made the Purchase Payment from which an amount is being redeemed.
