Subsidiary Shares definition

Subsidiary Shares shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.3 [Subsidiaries].
Subsidiary Shares has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3.3(a).
Subsidiary Shares means, with respect to a Subsidiary of a Company, the shares of capital stock, the issued shares or other equity interests of such Subsidiary set forth on Schedule 2.2 of the Disclosure Letter.
