LIBO Rate Margin definition

LIBO Rate Margin means, for any period, the applicable percentage rate per annum applicable to that period as indicated below the reference toLIBOR Advance” in the definition ofApplicable Margin”, as adjusted pursuant to the definition of “Applicable Margin”.
LIBO Rate Margin means (i) prior to the Termination Date, a per annum rate equal to 4.25% or (ii) at all other times, a per annum rate equal to 6.50%.
LIBO Rate Margin means a percentage, determined as set forth in Section 2.5.

Examples of LIBO Rate Margin in a sentence

  • The applicable Borrower will pay interest on each LIBOR Advance during each Interest Period applicable thereto in United States Dollars at a rate per annum equal to the sum of (i) the LIBO Rate in effect from time to time during such Interest Period plus (ii) the LIBO Rate Margin.

  • Each determination by the Agent of the LIBO Rate and the LIBO Rate Margin applicable from time to time during an Interest Period will, in the absence of manifest error, be binding upon the applicable Borrower.

LIBO Rate Margin means, during the period, (i) from and including the Restructuring Effective Date until the date that is twelve (12) months thereafter, 2.50%, (ii) from and including the date that is twelve (12) months after the Restructuring Effective Date until the date that is eighteen (18) months after the Restructuring Effective Date, 2.75%, (iii) from and including the date that is eighteen (18) months after the Restructuring Effective Date until the date that is twenty-four (24) months after the Restructuring Effective Date, 3.25%, and (iv) from and including the date that is twenty-four (24) months after the Restructuring Effective Date until and including the Final Maturity Date, 3.75%.
LIBO Rate Margin means, as of any date of determination, the “LIBO Rate Margin” specified in the Margin Pricing Grid based on the corresponding Success Fee specified in the Margin Pricing Grid. The LIBOR Rate Margin shall adjust in accordance with the Margin Pricing Grid as provided herein.
LIBO Rate Margin means 2.25%.
LIBO Rate Margin shall have the meaning set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
