Floating Rate Margin definition

Floating Rate Margin means 7.50 per cent. per annum.
Floating Rate Margin means 7.00 per cent. per annum.
Floating Rate Margin means 6.75 per cent. per annum.

  • If, after giving effect to paragraph (c) above, no Term SOFR is available for the Interest Period of a Loan and it is not possible to calculate the Interpolated Historic Term SOFR, that Loan shall bear interest for any day of the relevant Interest Period at a rate per annum equal to the aggregate of the applicable (i) Daily Simple SOFR; and (ii) Floating Rate Margin.
