Level 1 Error definition

Level 1 Error means an Error that reduces by fifty percent (50%) or more the service, operation or transaction processing capabilities of the Covered Software.
Level 1 Error means an Error that either (i) [ ] the [ ], [ ] or [ ] capabilities of the [ ] or (ii) [ ] or [ ] to [ ] of the [ ].

More Definitions of Level 1 Error

Level 1 Error as defined in Section 6.2(a) of this WO1, Sabre will guarantee to rectify the Error or problem within * hours for * % of cases, and (ii) in the case of a "Level 2 Error" as defined in Section 6.2(a) of this WO1, Sabre will guarantee rectify the Error or problem within * hours for * % of cases. If Sabre fails to restore service within the timeframes described in (i) and (ii) above, Sabre will issue TAM a credit on its next invoice in an amount equal to * % of the previous month's invoice. Any incident pursuant to this Section 6.2(b) for which a credit is issued (the "first incident") will be eligible for an additional credit under this WO1, if, but only if, the cause of such other incident is not directly related to the cause of the first incident. Sabre shall have no obligation to fix Errors for any version of the Agency Solution other than the most current version and the immediately preceding version of such Agency Solution. If a Level 1 Error is not corrected within * hours after receiving written notice of such Level l Error, TAM's Chief Executive Officer may give written notice to Sabre's Chief Executive Officer that the Level 1 Error has not been corrected and if such Level 1 Error has not been corrected within * hours from the date of such notice, TAM may terminate the Agreement and this WO1, and seek damages as otherwise provided for in the Agreement. If this remedy has not previously been exercised by TAM, its right to terminate the Agreement under these conditions shall expire 30 days following the correction of the Level 1 Error as described herein.
Level 1 Error means that the Licensed Software or a major function or subsystem of the Licensed Software is inoperable.

Related to Level 1 Error

  • Level 1 means a charging system that provides charging through a one-hundred- twenty volt AC plug with a cord connector that meets the SAE international J1772 standard or a successor standard.

  • Sound level meter means an instrument which includes a microphone, amplifier, RMS detector, integrator or time averager, output meter, and weighting networks used to measure sound pressure levels.

  • Level 2 means a charging system that provides charging through a two-hundred- eight to two-hundred-forty volt AC plug with a cord connector that meets the SAE international J1772 standard or a successor standard.

  • Service Level Failure means a failure to perform the Software Support Services fully in compliance with the Support Service Level Requirements.

  • Level 1 Support means qualifying and logging all Technical Support Incidents, answering technical inquiries via telephone support and email regarding the Work and performing limited diagnostic services.

  • Level 2 Support means, with the use of technical support specialists: (i) performing Defect isolation, Defect replication and interoperability testing; (ii) performing remote diagnostic services and on-site troubleshooting, if required; (iii) identifying the source of Defects; (iv) developing a reproducible test case for any Defect and documenting the details of such Defect for escalation to Level 3 Support; and (v) developing and implementing Workarounds where reasonably possible.

  • Digital Signal Level 0 (DS-0 means the lowest-level signal in the time division multiplex digital hierarchy, and represents a voice-grade channel operating at either the 56 Kbps or 64 Kbps transmission bit rates. There are twenty-four (24) DS-0 channels in a DS-1.

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).

  • Level II means a component of the federal PASRR requirement. Level II refers to the evaluation and determination of whether nursing facility services and specialized services are needed for individuals with mental illness or developmental disability who are potential nursing facility admissions, regardless of the source of payment for the nursing facility service (42 CFR 483.128(a)).   • Severity Level means the actual impact of a Defect on a user’s operational environment as further described in the table below.

  • Digital Signal Level 0 or "DS0" means the 64 Kbps zero-level signal in the time-division multiplex hierarchy.

  • Top Level Domain means the portion of the Domain Name to the right of the right-most period. (In the example, “COM”.) “Second Level Domain” means that portion of a domain name to the left of the right-most period, up to the second period from the right, if any, plus the Top Level Domain. (In the example, “XXXXXXXXX.XXX”.) “Third Level Domain” means that portion of a domain name to the left of the second period from the right, if any, up to the third period from the right, if any, plus the Second Level Domain. (In the example, “XXXXXXXXX.XXXXXXXXX.XXX”.).

  • Digital Signal Level 1 or "DS1" means the 1.544 Mbps first-level signal in the time-division multiplex hierarchy. In the time-division multiplexing hierarchy of the telephone network, DS1 is the initial level of multiplexing.

  • Level I means a component of the federal PASRR requirement. Level I refers to the identification of individuals who are potential nursing facility admissions who have indicators of mental illness or developmental disabilities (42 CFR 483.128(a)).

  • Level I Pricing applies on any day on which the Borrower’s long-term debt is rated A+ or higher by S&P or A1 or higher by Moody’s.

  • Level IV and “Level V”: the respective Level set forth below: S&P Moody’s Level I A- or higher A3 or higher Level II BBB+ Baa1 Level III BBB Baa2 Level IV BBB- Baa3 Level V BB+ or lower Ba1 or lower provided that if on any day the Applicable Xxxxx’x Rating and the Applicable S&P Rating do not coincide for any rating category and the Level differential is (x) one level, then the higher of the Applicable S&P Rating or the Applicable Xxxxx’x Rating will be the applicable Level; (y) two levels, the Level at the midpoint will be the applicable Level; and (z) more than two levels, the highest of the intermediate Levels will be the applicable Level; provided further that if on any day, neither the Applicable Xxxxx’x Rating nor the Applicable S&P Rating is available, the applicable Level shall be Level V.

  • Level IV Pricing applies on any day on which (i) the Borrower’s long-term debt is rated BBB+ or higher by S&P or Baa1 or higher by Moody’s and (ii) none of Level I Pricing, Level II Pricing or Level III Pricing applies.

  • Level II Pricing applies on any day on which (i) the Borrower’s long-term debt is rated A or higher by S&P or A2 or higher by Moody’s and (ii) Level I Pricing does not apply.

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.

  • First Level Support means any support relating to calls from Customer’s customers, end users or affiliates or general resolution of user errors, network errors, provisioning errors or Internet delays or malfunctions.

  • Level III Pricing applies on any day on which (i) the Borrower’s long-term debt is rated A- or higher by S&P or A3 or higher by Moody’s and (ii) neither Level I Pricing nor Level II Pricing applies.

  • Critical Path means those Trade Contractor Work activities identified on the Construction Schedule which, if delayed, will cause a corresponding Delay in the Substantial Completion Date.

  • Level V Pricing applies on any day if no other Pricing Level applies on such day.
