Lessee’s Basis of Design definition

Lessee’s Basis of Design means the document entitled “Delta Basis of Design Report,” prepared by the Lessee and approved by the Port Authority as of the Effective Date, and included as a Reference Document.

  • State of Design means the State having jurisdiction over the organisation responsible for the type design of an aircraft or aircraft engine;

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Building Work has the meaning given to it in section 6 of the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016 (Cth);

  • Standard operating procedure means a formal written procedure offi- cially adopted by the plant owner or operator and available on a routine basis to those persons responsible for carrying out the procedure.

  • Metering System means all meters and metering devices (including current transformers and potential transformers) installed by the Company and uses to measure Electricity and delivery by the Company and receipt by the BPDB of Net Energy Output. The Metering System shall be owned and maintained by the Company.

  • SLA means service level agreement.

  • Maximum design heat input means the ability of a unit to combust a stated maximum amount of fuel per hour on a steady state basis, as determined by the physical design and physical characteristics of the unit.

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.

  • Hand or measuring tools means those tools listed in Federal supply classifications 51 and 52, respectively.

The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • the limits of deviation means the limits of deviation shown on the deposited plan;

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2.
