Leasehold interest means the interest of the lessor or the lessee under a lease contract.
Leasehold Property means any leasehold interest of any Credit Party as lessee under any lease of real property, other than any such leasehold interest designated from time to time by Collateral Agent in its sole discretion as not being required to be included in the Collateral.
newly rateable property means any rateable property on which property rates were not levied before the end of the financial year preceding the date on which this Act took effect, excluding –
Leasehold Estate means Borrower’s interest in the Land and any other real property leased by Borrower pursuant to the Ground Lease, if applicable, including all of the following:
Recorded Leasehold Interest means a Leasehold Property with respect to which a Record Document has been recorded in all places necessary or desirable, in Collateral Agent’s reasonable judgment, to give constructive notice of such Leasehold Property to third-party purchasers and encumbrancers of the affected real property.
rateable property means property on which the municipality may in terms of Section 2 of the Property Rates Act 2004 levy a rate, but excluding property fully excluded from the levying of rates in terms of Section 17 of that Act.
Custodial property means an interest in property transferred to a custodian under this act and the income from, and proceeds of, that interest in property.
Loan Property means any property in which the applicable party (or a subsidiary of it) holds a security interest and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.
New Lease Any lease of REO Property entered into on behalf of the Trust, including any lease renewed or extended on behalf of the Trust if the Trust has the right to renegotiate the terms of such lease.
Replacement Property means any property which is placed in service as a replacement for any item of Equipment or any Improvement previously subject to this Fee Agreement regardless of whether such property serves the same functions as the property it is replacing and regardless of whether more than one piece of property replaces any item of Equipment or any Improvement to the fullest extent that the FILOT Act permits.
Leased Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1.
Leasehold Interests means all of each Borrower’s right, title and interest in and to, and as lessee, of the premises identified on Schedule 4.19(A) hereto.
Property Owner Association Property means, for each Fiscal Year, any property within the boundaries of IA No. 1 that was owned by a property owner association, including any master or sub-association, as of January 1 of the prior Fiscal Year.
Real Estate Leases is defined in Section 4.7.
Release Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6 hereof.
Leasehold Mortgage means a mortgage, a deed of trust, a deed to secure debt, or other security instrument by which the Leasehold is mortgaged, conveyed, assigned, or otherwise transferred to secure a debt or other obligation.
Certificate Percentage Interest means, with respect to a Certificate, the percentage specified on such Certificate as the Certificate Percentage Interest, which percentage represents the beneficial interest of such Certificate in the Trust. The initial Certificate Percentage Interest held by the Depositor shall be 100%.
Rental Property means a hotel room, vacation home, or other rental property You booked for Your stay during Your Trip.
movable property means property of every description except immovable property;
Material Leasehold Property means a Leasehold Property which (a) is a retail or super store or distribution center or (b) has been reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent to be of material value as Collateral or of material importance to the operations of the Credit Parties after weighing the value of such property as additional Collateral against the costs and expenses associated with satisfying the requirements of Section 6.13.
Real Property Interests means all interests in real property of whatever nature, including easements, whether as owner or holder of a Security Interest, lessor, sublessor, lessee, sublessee or otherwise.
Hotel Property means a Property on which there is located an operating hotel.
Substitute Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6 hereof.
Class R-I Certificate Any one of the Class R-I Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit D and evidencing an interest designated as a "residual interest" in REMIC I for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Real Estate Asset means, at any time of determination, any interest (fee, leasehold or otherwise) then owned by any Credit Party in any real property.
Additional Mortgaged Property shall have the meaning provided in Section 8.11(a).
