Class R-I Certificate definition

Class R-I Certificate. Any one of the Class R-I Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit D and evidencing an interest designated as a "residual interest" in REMIC I for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

Class R-I Certificate means any of the Certificates with a "Class R-I" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-6 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of the sole class of "residual interests" in REMIC I for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

Class R-I Certificate. Any Certificate designated as a "Class R-I Certificate" on the face thereof, in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-10 hereto, and evidencing ownership of the residual interest in REMIC I and representing the right to the Percentage Interest of distributions provided for the Class R-I Certificate as set forth herein.

Examples of Class R-I Certificate in a sentence

• On the Startup Day, the REMIC I Regular Interests will be designated "regular interests" in such REMIC and the Class R-I Certificate will be designated the "residual interest" in such REMIC.

• The Class R-I Certificate will be designated as the sole Class of residual interests in REMIC I and will have no Certificate Balance and no Pass-Through Rate, but will be entitled to receive the proceeds of any assets remaining in REMIC I after all Classes of REMIC I Regular Interests have been paid in full.

• On the Startup Day, the REMIC I Regular Interests will be designated "regular interests" in such REMIC and the Class R-I Certificate will be designated the "residual interests" in such REMIC.

• All distributions made under the Agreement on this Class R-I Certificate will be made by check mailed to the address of the Person entitled thereto, as such name and address appear in the Certificate Register.

More Definitions of Class R-I Certificate

Class R-I Certificate. Any one of the Certificates described in Section 9.16 as representing the "residual interest" in REMIC I, as such term is defined in Code Section 860G(a)(2). The Class R-I Certificate shall be certificated together with the Class R-II and Class R-III Certificates, in the form of the Class R Certificate.

Class R-I Certificate. Any one of the Class R-I Certificates as designated on the face thereof substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit B-4, executed by the Securities Administrator and authenticated and delivered by the Securities Administrator, evidencing the ownership of the Class R-1B Interest and the Class R-2B Interest.
